Artist Bio -

Talbert trained and developed through Neon Reel Entertainment, ultimately focusing on writing and directing, and now has six films and two published short stories under his belt. He and the Neon Reel team behind The Darkness and Tom Markos were the recipients of the Fan Favorite award at the Horrorfind Weekend film festival in 2012. Though known mostly for writing, he has also produced and acted, and has experience with Foley artistry, casting, set design, and special effects make-up. Recently he completed a script for a double-feature horror film that is now in pre-production. He resides in Maryland.
