PRN Healthcare

Our story starts with a 21 year old guy named, Pete Hietpas. He was diligently working as a CNA in the the Fox Valley Wisconsin area with a variety of staffing agencies, but something was missing. He loved caring for his patients, but felt that agencies were lacking a critical component – the personal relationship with the nurses. He was determined to change that. Pete knew that he could be competitive in the market place and still maintain a compassionate heart. As a result, he started PRN Healthcare in 1995 to make a difference in the world of healthcare staffing.

As president, Pete’s goal is to build authentic relationships with our clients and healthcare professionals, have a top notch internal staff culture and give back to our communities. As we have grown throughout the years, those things remain our #1 priority.
