Sid Lahiri is head coach of RRA UK, founder of the academy and an ECB (England and Wales Cricket Board) level three coach. He concentrates on the foundations of cricketing performance. Sid played cricket in India as a opening batsman for eleven years before moving to the United Kingdom.

Rajasthan Royals Academy U.K. is based at Reed's School in Cobham and is the first academy of its kind in the U.K, previously the Star Cricket Academy U.K.
