I am Kadir! I am a resident of Alanya, a Mediterranean City. I live in Alanya city center and village.

On my videos, I present to you food that I prepared in the wild, village house, in front of wood fire without speaking with environmental noise and with a documentary taste.

Mostly, I introduce you authentic recipes of Anatolia that I had learnt from my famly bypreparing each food in the wood fire.
