Optimus Gyms

Welcome to Optimus, we are a gym currently based in Rustington, West Sussex, UK. We will soon be opening a new facility in Chichester, West Sussex. Our aim is to offer an experience that is inviting to everyone, our staff are there to help and make the gym something you want to do as opposed to something you have to do. Our YouTube channel is here to show you all parts of the fitness industry and how it is to run a gym, to train and for you to understand who we are.

At Optimus we also have a number of sponsored athletes who are working hard to beat the targets they have set themselves as well as inspiring others.
