Welcome to the NEW improved channel, I have had this channel running since 2014 with my first vlogs in 2016 so now and again a good refresh is called for

1. Sundays = Vlog about the week - the ups and downs

2. Weekdays (when i can) = Podcast "Morning Coffee Podcast" its not guaranteed every day.

Will record the day before Its uploaded

I will also record random stuff when I can like on days off or holidays I will upload more content during them days as I will have more time to film and edit....
