I’m a proud mother to two awesome boys & married to a loving superhuman, my equal half. Once, a shy, timid, quiet, self-doubting girl & a typical homemaker, with no time for herself, turned into a spiritual seeker, counsellor, and psychologist. Now I am a People Connecting, Real Talking, Big Thinking, Coffee Loving Mindfulness & Holistic Life Coach & Author. I am creating lasting transformations & genuine breakthroughs in the lives of women like me through my ‘I DESERVE’ & ‘Mindset Orbit Shift’, Programs, Workshops & Community. A box with one label cannot limit me because I DESERVE much more, & you do too.

Women like me, who are beautiful, capable & creative, have silently, somewhere, had enough & know they deserve much more. I help such amazing women, homemakers & working women, tap their true potential & guide them towards their highest self. My single point object is to assist them in shifting from the ingrained belief of ‘I Should’ to my mantra of ‘I Deserve.’
