Come and join me as I embark on a new journey; the journey of becoming a single mother by choice! I spent a lot of time looking for someone else's chronicle of the process (from soup to nuts), but I wasn't very successful. That is why I made the decision to immortalize this time in my life for all to see; I want any woman making the decision to have a first-hand account of what they may experience.

Based on my limited research, the stereotypical single mother is either young, poor, and uneducated or she is over forty, is educated, and has a high paying salary. I haven’t found too many college educated 30-somethings, who make an average salary and who are making the decision to become a single parent.
