So don’t do things just because I said so... do them because you understand!

Although I built this channel with beginners in mind, I’m confident that even more experienced bakers will find useful advice. Home bakers will discover loads of tips, how-tos, and pro tricks right here!

And don't worry about fancy tools or pro-level ingredients. My approach is totally DIY, and I won't ask you to buy anything special. Certainly not an expensive pizza oven like Ooni or Gozney Roccbox 😉
