SYNOPSIS:

The world is filled with the gifted. To the masses, the gifted are those who could use their exceptional talents to "reach the stars," instead choosing to use their abilities for the greater good of humanity. As a means of recognizing their feats, the gifted were dubbed "Ultimates," and were given benefits like no other.

Kurisu Yaminaga is one of the gifted. As such, he and fifteen other Ultimates are formally invited to a secluded winter resort getaway, also known as the Ultimate Excursion.

Unfortunately, things quickly go awry when a small robot by the name of Kuronga forces the Ultimates into a killing game as a means of purging them all of their sins. Kurisu is determined to put an end to this killing game, but will the memories of the past come back to haunt him...?
